Begin by whisking 5 eggs together with ½ cup of milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Halve Hawaiian hamburger buns and dip them into egg mixture. Place the buns into a saute pan and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both side.
Meanwhile, fry bacon in a frying pan or cook in the oven according to package directions until crispy.
While the bacon and slider are cooking, whisk together remaining eggs, milk, salt and pepper and cook in a saute pan to make scrambled eggs.
To assemble, take the bottom of a hamburger slider and top it with about ¼ cup of scrambled eggs, 1-2 slices of bacon, and 1/2 slice of cheddar cheese.
Complete with the top bun and serve with syrup on the side for dipping or pouring.
