Cuisine American, barbeque
- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cubed into 1in pieces
- 1 oz ranch seasoning pouch
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 red onion chopped into 1in pieces
- 1 lb bacon cut into 1in pieces
If using wooden skewers, soak at least 1 hour to overnight to prevent burning.
In a large bowl, add cubed chicken breast. Season with ranch seasoning and stir to combine.
Add ranch dressing and mix to coat. Marinade at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Alternating between chicken cube, bacon and onion, layer the ingredients on your skewers, 4-5 pieces of each per skewer.
On a grill heated to about 400° and greased, lay each skewer diagonal or perpendicular to the grates to allow for grill marks. Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes, flipping only when the chicken releases easily from the grill.
When chicken reaches 165°, remove from the grill and serve with your favorite sides. Serve with additional ranch for dipping.
