This fun winter cocktail plays with all of the sense as it blends rich hot chocolate with ice cream and a little bit of booze!

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate syrup or chocolate syrup
  • 1 oz whipped cream vodka or vanilla or plain vodka
  • 1 oz salted caramel baileys or plain
  • 8 oz hot chocolate
  • whipped cream optional

Method
 

  1. In a glass, scoop in 3 scoops of ice cream (this is the "snowman").
  2. Drizzle on the syrup and pour in the vodka and Bailey's
  3. Pour the hot chocolate on top and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately
