Boozy Snowman Cocktail
This fun winter cocktail plays with all of the sense as it blends rich hot chocolate with ice cream and a little bit of booze!
Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp white chocolate syrup or chocolate syrup
- 1 oz whipped cream vodka or vanilla or plain vodka
- 1 oz salted caramel baileys or plain
- 8 oz hot chocolate
- whipped cream optional
Instructions
- In a glass, scoop in 3 scoops of ice cream (this is the "snowman").
- Drizzle on the syrup and pour in the vodka and Bailey's
- Pour the hot chocolate on top and top with whipped cream. Serve immediately
