Fall means football, sweaters, falling leaves, and pumpkin spice! Start your morning off right with an iced pumpkin spice latte! The best part is, it is dairy, sugar, and guilt free!
Dairy and Sugar Free Products
I may have mentioned this before, but I made a short lived attempt at going Keto. And while I very quickly incorporated pasta back into my life, I did keep with me the knowledge of a ton of great sugar free products that are now essentials in my kitchen.
First up are Jordan’s Skinny Syrups! I am addicted to these. Honestly, I have 4 bottles in my pantry right now. They are a GREAT way to add flavor to your coffee, hot chocolate, and cocktails. There are sooooo many awesome flavors, and a ton that are festive for the upcoming holidays. They even have whipped topping products!
Next is my army of Silk products. I always have unsweetened almond milk in the fridge specifically for my coffee. And they just released a new Pumpkin Spice almond creamer too! Now of course you can use regular milk, creamer, and flavoring syrup for this recipe, but these products are all awesome and much more forgiving on the waistline.
Latte Time
Now that you have your products, making the iced pumpkin spice latte is a cinch. Start by pouring 6oz of cold brew coffee or chilled coffee over ice. Next, in a blender or using a milk frother, whip together:
- 2 1/2 tbsp of creamer
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
Once blended and foamy, pour over the coffee and ice, and top with whipped topping (optional) and a dash more of pumpkin pie spice and serve! This is the perfect morning pick me up, and a guilt free way to start the day.
