215oz cansdark kidney beansor 1 can of light and 1 can of dark
⅓cuphot sauce
2tbspchili powder
1½tbspcocoa powder
1tbspcumin
2tspsmoked paprika
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
2tspred pepper flakes
1tbspsalt
½tbspblack pepper
Instructions
In a saute pan, cook beef, pork, and onions until the meat is cooked through and the onions are translucent. Drain the fat and add meat to a slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker, adjusting seasoning and hot sauce to taste. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or on low for 5 hours. Serve topped with cheese, sour cream, corn chips, and/or red onions.
