Roasted Parmesan Broccoli
There is nothing like salty, crispy oven roasted broccoli to round out a delicious dinner.

- 1½-2 lb fresh broccoli heads cut into even sized florets
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tbsp lemon zest
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
Preheat the oven to 425°
On a large sheet pan, spread broccoli florets into an even layer
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat evenly and spread back into an even layer.
Bake for 17-20 minutes, or until fork tender and crispy on the edges, tossing halfway through.
Sprinkle with additional parmesan and serve immediately.
