block of feta cheese

pumpkin puree
unsweetened

plain greek yogurt

honey
+more for garnish

Instructions
In a blender or food processor, break up the block of feta into large chunks
Add in pumpkin puree, yogurt, honey, and a pinch of salt
Blend until smooth, about 1 minute
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and top with an additional drizzle of honey, chopped nuts, and fresh thyme
Serve with crusty bread or crackers, fresh vegetables like carrots and celery, or fruit like sliced apples or pears
