Pumpkin Cold Foam Cold Brew
Just because it is fall doesn't mean you can't still enjoy iced coffee. This pumpkin cold foam cold brew is sweet, creamy, and magically autumn!

- 16 oz black cold brew coffee
- 2 tbsp flavored syrup I used Jordan's Skinny Syrup pumpkin caramel scone
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Begin by dividing your coffee among two mugs/cups full of ice. Add 1 tbsp of your favorite flavored syrup. I love Jenny's Skinny Mixes and used the pumpkin caramel scone flavor. In a blender or Nutribullet, add the remaining ingredients. Blend until thick, but do not overblend as it will quickly thicken to whipped cream
Pour the cream over your coffee, mix and enjoy!
