Ingredients

whole milk ricotta cheese
4
oz
goat cheese
1
tbsp
lemon zest
3
tbsp
lemon juice
ΒΌ
cup
parsley
Sub. 4 tsp dried parsley
2
tbsp
fresh dill
Sub. 2 tsp dried dill
1
tbsp
fresh rosemary
Sub. 1 tsp dried rosemary
salt and pepper
to taste

olive oil
plus more for drizzling on top
Instructions
In a food processor, blend the ricotta and goat cheese for about 30 seconds, until fluffy and smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse a few more times until thoroughly combined and the herbs are chopped.
Pour in a serving bowl and drizzle with additional olive oil. Serve immediately with vegetables (grilled and/or fresh) and toasted baguette slices.
If not serving immediately, cover tightly with plastic wrap until ready to serve.
