Italian Pinwheels
Whip up these Italian Pinwheels full of veggies, pepperoni and salami for your next gathering, dinner party, or easy lunch on the go.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 oz roasted red peppers chopped
- 2 oz pepperoncini chopped
- 2-2 large flour tortillas or wraps I used spinach wraps
- 6 slices provolone cheese or swiss
- 6 oz sliced salami
- 4 oz pepperoni
- 2-3 large romaine lettuce leaves
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, red peppers, and pepperoncini.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese spread on the entire tortilla
Line up cheese on the side of the tortilla nearest you, followed by about 6 slices of salami and 8 slices of pepperoni, and one leaf of lettuce
Roll the tortilla tightly away from you and cut into 6-8 slices
Repeat with remaining ingredients
Serve immediately or refrigerate an hour. Do not make too far in advance as the lettuce will wilt
