In a saute pan, saute turkey and onions until turkey is browned and onions are soft. Add in garlic and season with cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
Add cooked turkey to a slow cooker along with chiles, beans, stock, and corn. Stir to combine. Add brick of cream cheese to the center.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally to incorporate the cream cheese as it melts.
Once the chili has thickened to your liking, serve in a bowl and garnish with sour cream, cheese, onions, lime, or whatever toppings you desire.
