Cheesy Bagel Dogs
Give your favorite party app a BIG upgrade. Classic pics in a blanket are now larger than life in these cheesy bagel dogs. A simple pretzel wrapping stuffed with cheese and a whole hot dog is the new way to enjoy this party food!

- 1 11oz can thin crust pizza dough
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 5 cups water
- ⅓ cup baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2-3 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning
Preheat the oven to 450°
Dust a flat surface with flour. Open the can of pizza dough and roll it out to about 2ft long, 8 inches wide. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into 8 strips, about 1in wide each.
Take one hot dog and wrap a slice of cheese around it. Then take a strip of dough and line it up with one end of the hot dog. Spin the hot dog at a slight angle so the dough spirals around the length of the hot dog. Repeat 7 more times
Bring water and baking soda to a boil in a pot. Carefully drop hot dogs in water, 2-3 at a time, and boil for 30 seconds. Place on a baking sheet.
Scramble one egg and brush each wrapped dog with a generous layer of egg. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until they dough turns a deep brown color with a nice sheen on it.
Serve immediately with ketchup, mustard, and or beer cheese.
