Preheat the oven to 350℉
In a large skilled, cook ground beef until completely browned. Drain excess fat. To the skillet, season beef with paprika, onion powder, and salt. Add in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute
Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and rotel and cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
Set meat aside and add diced onions to the same pan the meat was cooked in. Sauté for 4-5 minutes over medium heat or until the onions begin to brown and caramelize. Set aside
Spray an oven-safe casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment. Add the bottom halves of one 12-pack of slider buns to the dish.
On top of the bun bottoms, layer on the sliced cheese. Top with the cooked ground beef.
Sprinkle on the cooked onions, and then break large pieces of cooked bacon over the onions.
Sprinkle on shredded cheese and top with the slider bun tops.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, mix together melted butter, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, sesame seeds and minced onion.
Spoon or brush the glaze mixture over the tips of the buns. Wrap the casserole dish tightly with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted through.
Use knife to cut separate the sliders and top each slider with a sliced pickles (optional). Serve immediately.
