Method
- In a large bowl, combine all of the chicken burger ingredient and form into 4 even patties.
- Cook the patties in a hot cast iron skillet, 5-6 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°
- Place the lettuce on a toasted bun, followed by a patty. Top each patty with a tablespoon of buffalo sauce and a heaping tablespoon or two of blue cheese dressing.
- Top with the top half of each bun and serve immediately.
