Ingredients

  • 1 lb uncooked breakfast sausage sweet, mild, or hot
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick or any brand biscuit mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°
  • In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix all of your ingredients until fully combined
  • Using a large melon baller, a small ice cream scoop, or a tablespoon, scoop out 36-40 portions of the mixture, rolling in into balls slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball (they will shrink a bit)
  • Place the balls on 1-2 lined baking sheets, leaving at least 1½ inches between each ball, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and they turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot or room temperature with your favorite dipping sauce.
