In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer with a paddle attachment, mix all of your ingredients until fully combined
Using a large melon baller, a small ice cream scoop, or a tablespoon, scoop out 36-40 portions of the mixture, rolling in into balls slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball (they will shrink a bit)
Place the balls on 1-2 lined baking sheets, leaving at least 1½ inches between each ball, and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sausage is cooked through and they turn golden brown.
Serve hot or room temperature with your favorite dipping sauce.
